About

Leveraging the Art and Science of Organizational Creativity

Stages of Presence is founded on the principle that creativity manifests in an infinite variety of ways, and is as vital to the boardroom as it is backstage. The art and science of creativity are knit together in developmental and management consulting programs which improve creative thinking, develop leadership capacity, deepen team performance, and create a sustainable culture of innovation.

Blending science and art.

The social sciences delve into the forces which help creativity flourish, or cause it to wither on the vine. Understanding the science of creativity leads to improved conditions for individual and organizational breakthroughs.

The arts provide a powerful avenue for connecting with creativity. They help us forge deeper interpersonal understandings, identify emerging possibilities, and empower our authentic voice.

Stages of Presence programs blend the art and science of creativity, setting the stage for deep learning which lingers on long after programs are done.
